"Galaxy's"


"A world of cool swords and cooler beasts! A world of mysteries you want to cut right into!!"


This was my previous aim to release! There was a deliberate choice to play much looser with the design of this one, making my biggest hurdle to starting finalizing designs, which to gather mild hype (mostly for myself) I started posting sketches of them on Bluesky every Thursday.

In a form of irony to my intent of a hasty release, it was postponed due to me being kind of upset about a character (Sashimi). She was accidentally shaping a bit too much like me "but way cooler and more confident, and also with a sword", and I didn't want a self-insert as the main character.

Ah well. See you when I make her a bit more unique and a bit more interesting.

Week 1

This week's sketches were of the shark woman, Sashimi.
Side and back views of the woman's head. She has 3 little tufts of hair in the back that are usually hidden. The shark holding her sword, and looking back at you. Her tail is in frame, while she says 'Don't give up!' A shark woman with a muscular build, smiling at the viewer with a toothy grin while holding up two fingers. The text in the background says 'REND!'

Week 2

This week's sketches were of "This (Currently) Unnamed Swamp". When I said I was just running through these to get something out, I meant it.
This swamp still doesn't have a name since development stopped.

Sashimi (shark) is sitting in the jungle, on a small hill with several unnatural stairs. A big tree is sprouting up, and behind it is the swamp river water and an abandoned water mill. A slight clearing in the jungle. There's a set of 3 buildings in the middle, but the rest is overrun with foliage. An empty post in a swamp/jungle. A board has several posters on it, including a wanted poster.

Week 3

This week's sketches were of "Several characters for later!". Don't worry, I had the foresight to give them names actually.

This one features a realistic portrait of a cocker spaniel dog's head in monochrome. There's also several smiling cartoon dog sketches heads to the right. 4 sketches of the lizard man. He looks different here, as all of the visuals are purely experimental. His scale positions are being experimented with. One is in color with black hair and red scales. More of the bear man. He's laughing in the sketch to the right. Photo of a paper. It has several sketches, including one of Sashimi, a bear man, and several of a lizard man and dog woman in a coat. The dog woman has a dog head, unlike the others. The coat is detailed on this paper.

Week 4

This week's sketches were of Skewer, an alligator lady! I took a break after this for something I don't remember.

Week "5"

After the above mentioned break, these were supposed to be posted. These cats are the Claw brothers!
This was also supposed to be the first time I showcased the weapons of any characters.

Unfortunately, both getting back into the groove of posting took too long, as well as the general project postponement occurring.


I fully intend to come back to this one eventually, as there's more than I've let on as being truly planned. But time will tell when the reworking of the main character will finish.
